Context

Early professional work: a digital logging application built for the Tijuana Fire Department. More than 180 field firefighters and paramedics used it across 18 stations for pre-hospital incident reports.

The problem

Pre-hospital incidents needed consistent digital records across 18 separate stations and a large group of field users.

What I did

• Developed and managed the digital logging application.
• Supported pre-hospital incident reporting for firefighters and paramedics in the field.
• Served more than 180 users distributed across 18 stations.

Technical highlights

The operational challenge was reach: one reporting workflow had to support more than 180 field users across 18 locations.

Outcome

Used by more than 180 firefighters and paramedics across all 18 Tijuana Fire Department stations.
